Over the past several months, the TAGDV Bylaw Committee and Board have conducted six sessions to gather member feedback on the proposed bylaws amendment draft. All thoughtful input from GB members was carefully reviewed and incorporated into the final version where appropriate.

We are pleased to announce that this final bylaws amendment has been unanimously approved by both the Board and the Executive Committee. The document is now being shared for your review. You can click here to download it.

After a 14-day review period, the amendment will be submitted to the GB for a vote. Further details about the voting process will be shared in a separate communication as we approach the end of the review period.
