General Competition Rules: (Please read through the instructions carefully).
1. Registration is restricted to currently active TAGDV Members.
2. Age calculation is as of December 31st, 2022. Please see the two examples below for age calculation. a. Example 1 – DOB: December 31st, 2012- Age 10 b. Example 2 – DOB: January 1st, 2013- Age 11. Please make sure the age is filled correctly so they are in the proper age group categories.
3. The Judges’ decisions are final.
4. All submissions will be considered as the exclusive property of the TAGDV. Contestants agree to waive the Copyright for their submissions.
5. TAGDV reserves the right to use as determined by the Executive committee board.
6. All submitted work must be the original work of the contestant and must not include, be based on, or derived from any preexisting or third-party videos, designs, trademarks, or copyrighted images.
7. Contestants are not allowed to refer to any material during the competition.
8. Finalists will be announced at the end of TAGDV Pongal Event.
9. Every Category will have 3 Prizes awarded to selected winners. Certificates will be provided to all participants.Drawing Competition Guidelines
• Register using the registration form provided for Drawing competition.
• Please bring all necessary painting materials (color pencil, crayons, paints, pencil, eraser, markers etc.).
• Painting paper will be provided by TAGDV.
• All drawings need to be in Landscape mode.
• Competition Theme is “Pongal Thiruvizha – Uzhavargalin Kondattam”
