Following the above words of our great ancestor Thiruvalluvar and with the support of all the wonderful members, I herewith place my candidacy to the EC Board for TTAGDV. Requesting your attention, as I summarize why I am your right candidate with some of the key highlights below:

A proud Tamil by birth, in my current role as the President of TTAGDV, I have always believed in establishing an Honest and Transparent platform for the next generation of Tamil Immigrants in this Great Country of United States for America.

Having been raised as a law abiding citizen, I have continuously thrived to establish a collaborative environment of equal opportunities for everyone. This includes:

1. My instrumental role in conducting the First Ever Election for TTAGDV in 2019 – upto being a solitary voice in 2023 = where the election is to conduct for specific positions resulting voters electing Right Person for the Right Role, and Online Voting resulting in improving the Voter Coverage across all locations of TTAGDV members.
2. Brought to light the truth of TTAGDV not having a consolidated / historical student data – which was required per TTAGDV law.
3. Notified the board of fraudulent and unethical deeds of individuals who deleted all the email communication TTAGDV inbox while holding office – without even a single artifact of the 54 year old TTAGDV.
4. Exposed the illegal process set by the previous office bearers in which certain members were asked to sign the NDA in NPO 501 c3.

I have empowered and created utmost autonomy with various areas of EC including: Membership, Food & Cultural Coordination roles.

I have ensured that required Bylaw amendments were successfully done on time.

My future vision:

While I continue following my core principles of Courage and Collaboration, I envision the following as my futuristic focus items as part of being the EC board member:

Ensure TTAGDV as a establishing a transparent, accountable and equal opportunity provider platform with the long term goal of uplifting the legacy of TTAGDV

Guarantee smooth transition without any inhibitions or ulterior motives, and uphold the accountability across EC members.

Ensure that a system is setup to protect required DATA and Records Under legal entity which is TTAGDV for reference / records purpose.

As 501 C3, establish a streamlined process to recognize the timeless hours of the incredible volunteers – who are the catalysts of success for every single milestone of events of TTAGDV.

Work diligently and ensure the Executive Committee follows common practice abiding the bylaw , law of the land and Tamil Value systems.

Establish a process for the 54 year old TTAGDV Organization to have its own office space / property by following required process and to get away from current PO BOX.

Provide avenues to bring more Tamilians together not only in TTAGDV but beyond to stand up for Tamil language, culture and heritage – similar to all other linguistic setup in USA .
